Admin needs a wider screen than portrait gives it. Turn your phone sideways, or use a tablet or computer instead.

Specializations
Applicants type their own specializations and these are offered as suggestions.
Anything entered that isn't on this list is marked as custom on their profile.
Custom terms in use
Wording members entered themselves. Add the ones worth keeping and they'll be
suggested to everyone from then on.
Display
The badge is the only link to this page from the public site. With it off you can
only reach the admin page by typing its address, so
bookmark this link
before you turn it off. The badge also carries Add Listing and
Feedback, so those disappear from the public page too.
Directory Page
Shown under the listings, above a Contact Us link — for a visitor who didn't find
what they need in the directory above. Leave it empty to hide the whole block.
Application Form
Application Notifications
Where to send a note when someone applies. The message contains a first name,
a last initial and a link — never the applicant's details, which stay in the queue.
Leave it empty to switch notifications off.
Leave blank to send from the address above. Change it only if mail isn't
arriving — the sending address has to be a real mailbox on this website's
own domain, or the receiving mail server may quietly discard the message.

What's new
Replacing listings overwrites everything in the directory — anything added or edited here since
the update was prepared will be gone. Sign-in details and settings are never affected, and a copy
is saved first.
This update contains the software only, so your listings and photos stay as they are.
Updates that also carry listings are handed to you as a file to upload here, never
published on the web — they contain every member's email address.
A copy of everything about to be replaced is saved automatically before anything changes,
and the update is checked for completeness before a single file is written — so a failed
download leaves the site exactly as it was.
›Menu Inheritance Code Snippet
The directory can display your WordPress menu, so editing the menu in WordPress
updates the directory automatically — nothing to re-publish here.
Requires a plugin. WordPress has no built-in way to run this —
install Code Snippets or WPCode first, or use a
child theme's functions.php if you already have file access. Elementor's
own Custom Code panel will not work: it can only inject HTML/CSS/JS into a page, not
run PHP like this.
In WordPress, open Snippets → Add New (Code Snippets or WPCode plugin), or your child theme's functions.php.
Paste the code below and activate it.
Visit /wp-json/fpc/v1/menu on your site. If you see the menu as text, it's working.
If your menu isn't named Primary, change 'primary' on the marked line to match.
Until this is in place, use Menu Sync below instead.
Menu Sync
Fallback for when the snippet above isn't pasted into WordPress yet. Fetches the
main site's menu right now and caches a copy here — the directory reads that copy,
not WordPress directly. It only updates when you press the button, so it can go
stale if the WordPress menu changes and nobody re-syncs.
Only matches this specific site's theme markup today (see the note on this page's
source) — pointing it elsewhere will fail loudly rather than pull the wrong thing.
Maintenance
Finds photos on the server that no longer belong to anyone — left behind by deleted
members or abandoned applications — and lets you delete them. Nothing is removed
until you confirm the list.
