Our Story: Bridging the Gap in Canadian Leadership

For the last three years, I've served as a full-time Fractional CMO, helping companies grow without the overhead of a full-time executive.

At the beginning of 2025, I sat down looking for something specific: a dedicated Canadian home for fractional executives. I wanted a place where seasoned leaders—from those navigating the shift from corporate to fractional, to those well along in their fractional journey—could gather, sharpen their skills, and support one another.

I looked everywhere. I couldn't find one.

The entrepreneur in me kicked in and said, “Okay, guess I'll start one.”

What began as a simple online group has evolved into Canada's premier professional network for fractional talent. In less than a year, we have grown to over 1,000 members strong. We are now proudly the home for Canada's fractional community!
